Piercing Jewellery Sales & Returns Policy

Please choose carefully as Trendez has a strict policy of no returns for refund or credit on any piercing jewellery or earrings (for hygiene reasons). Due to the intimate nature of jewellery worn within the body we do not refund or exchange on items if you have simply changed your mind or if you have ordered the wrong size.  Please refer to our size chart in FAQ's when selecting jewellery. Even if the jewellery has supposedly not been worn we will not accept a return.

If there is a fault with your jewellery please contact us at info@trendez.co.nz and we will meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act regarding faulty jewellery, however manufacturing standards of piercing jewellery are very high and each item is inspected carefully before being sent.

We do not resell or or reuse body jewellery or deal in anything second-hand.  If you buy from us you are guaranteed a brand new, high quality item.
